This is as handy as a pocket on a shirt. Solid as a rock. When attached with a Jialitte QD Adapter stud it works perfectly on my 50 caliber carbine. Now I have 2 point carry as well as single point which does not work well for me. Carried my carbine through the roughest mangroves and brush yesterday and the scope with dead on. If you own a Hammer 50 carbine, you gotta have this little jewel. I know that Umarex does not advise this method of carry BUT when you lug this baby around all day in the heat without a sling you will thank me for this little tip. The way this is built it fits snugly under my scope (cutting the brush grabbing) and is close to the rail bolt thereby lowering the torque placed on the rail. Try it, I guarantee you will thank me.

The m-lok mount itself is great. Strong and secure. If you buy this, immediately throw away the included crappy QD swivel. It will absolutely fail under just a few lbs of pull, the mount is sturdy though and works great with my slings that already have QD's attached.

I do not know if the wrong part was put in the box or wrong box picked at the warehouse, but I did not get what I paid for and wanted, the quality is good, but I wanted to mount it on the picatinny rail, I will keep it because of time and costs just don't warrant returning it. Only real annoyance is comparable M-lok mounts like this are aways from costing $45 (including tax) like the one I wanted.

The Sling swivel was rusted, and so the ball bearings were stuck and the sling swivel was not able to lock into the mount, or any mount.I tried sling swivels from Magpul, BCM, Random ones, and Wellsmade, and none of them would lock into the mount. The mount is out of spec. I suspected that the 'cerakote' black added extra thickness that did not allow the sling swivels to sink in deep enough for the ball bearings to expand into the locking recess. This suspicion was correct, and I fixed the mount by grinding the black 'cerakote' off with a bench grinder. It functions perfectly now, but note that it allows the QD sling swivel to spin 360 degrees, which is not particularly desirable. However, it functions.

I got this to add a sling to a sub-gun. It attached pretty easily, seems solid and works well. I have no idea as to its durability, but it seems robust enough for regular use.

The MLOK mount itself is fine, feels sturdy and attaches with no problem. I have some hesitations with the QD swivel though. Compared to another swivel by another company, it's physically smaller which doesn't inspire confidence in me. Additionally another mount I bought from this company had a defect with the QD swivel where one of the ball bearings was close upon delivery and tended to pop out when detaching. In short, I'm fine with the mount but am somewhat hesitant to rely on the swivel but still good value in my opinion.

This product is pretty easy to understand; works well and as advertised. Everybody has their own preferences, but I appreciate carrying a slung rifle from the top pic rail as opposed to the side rail (or from a hanger under the barrel). For me, it hangs more naturally and is better balanced. This simple mount doesn't take up much room, meaning you can run it up and down your top rail until you find the Goldilocks spot that works well for you.Its cheap, but it feels nice and sturdy. It hasn't dropped my rifle yet. Recommended.
