The design is simple and practical, very suitable for children's rooms or playrooms. The size is large enough, and the length of 47 inches is just right for the wall, which does not take up too much space to hold eye-catching things. The height design of the two-layer bookshelf is also reasonable, and children can easily take books by themselves. Their independent reading habits are in line with the Montessori education concept. The storage grid below is also very practical. Toys, picture books, and small storage boxes are aligned perfectly, and the room space will not be messy.

Good shelf for kids room, use this shelf to replace a cubby shelf and the variety of shelf sizes work a lot better, HAve books and varying sizes of toys on it now and it has freed up a lot of floor space. The finish is clean and nice. Was easy to assemble had it done in about 35 minutes It is made of solid wood which is always better the particle board so another plus there.

My review is in line with others but I will add is based on the enclosed pics. As one can see the in that screws into the back side of a piece and then the lock nut secures is a bit wonkey. If they would have just tapped the hole to the size of the metal threads all would have been good. But instead they over sized the hole and used a plastic gromet. Problem is it does not stay secure and keeps things wobbly. My solution was some fast set polyurethane glue and then assemble. I also tapped some 1 and 5/8 screws counter sunk to keep it tight while the glue was setting as I could not spare the extra time.. All and all I am still good with it.

I’m pleased with this purchase. I don’t have a classroom for it, I bought it to put next to our bed for storage and to set up CPAP on. This is a solid piece of furniture and was easy enough to assemble although the instructions omitted telling you what to do with one piece (the front panel bit with the name, there is another one that goes on the back). The height picture in the product page is a bit misleading, you need to look at the actual measurements. The child in the photo is easily 3 feet tall… and this is slightly 2 feet in height. I would buy one of these again!

Nice shelf. I actually ordered this for my workout room to hold some weights an other items. It works great for what I need and is really durable. Forgot to be wood, it’s a great value. I found it easy to assemble and not too heavy to move. I would definitely recommend if you are needing a small shelf.

Fast delivery and well packaged. I was a little intimidated at first as I open the box and saw the pieces- instructions were very easy to follow and actually accurate. It probably took me less than 45 minutes to see the final product- very nice! Love the color and the quality of the wood, not compressed wood like other shelves I have ordered this is actual quality. I think it is meant to be used on the ground but we are trying this on top of a big wide dresser as additional storage/shelving and it works too! I would 100% recommend this one!

This Montessori shelf is perfect for my toddler's room! The design is really kid-friendly with smooth, rounded corners, so I don't have to worry about any sharp edges. The wood is sturdy and looks great with the natural finish, and it provides a lot of storage space,, there are two shelves for books and five boxes for toys, which really helps keep everything organized. It was easy to put together, and the smooth surface makes cleaning a breeze. The only thing I'd mention is that it's a bit large for smaller rooms, but it's definitely worth it for the extra storage!

I got this for my kids' basement playroom to help with cleanup and storage. First of all, it's a very nice product. It is actually REAL wood. Almost certainly pine. It's very nicely finished. No splinters or cracks and the finish is smooth. The back of the shelves aren't fiberboard like I've come to expect from Ikea and other flat-pack furniture. It's actual wood plywood. Think lauan board. I'm very impressed. The hardware is solid and they include multiple extras of every item. Very good. Once assembled, it's very sturdy and should stand up to years of use. Being real wood, if you had any finish/wood damage you could probably sand it down and touch up the finish.So, why four stars then? It sounds like a five star product. The assembly instructions. They're junk. While the boards are labeled nicely, the instructions call out two pieces of hardware for each of the initial holes (one to hammer in and one to screw into that). It took me five minutes of looking and re-reading the instructions before I finally figure out that these two pieces came already connected out of the bag. I finished assembly with an extra "7" board, from following the instructions. Turns out you do need it for the base, but it's completely unmentioned in the instructions. The screws to attach it aren't mentioned in instructions either, but are included in the count and the boards are pre-drilled for them. It's like they quit trying after they manufactured it and decided "screw it" on the instrutions.That being said, I was able to figure it all out and get it all together and it's a great product once you're finished. I'm not sure it's a good value at the current price, but it is a nice piece of furniture.
