Just before I begin, these are compatible with the 8th gen Honda Civic, but Moog recently came out for one specifically for our cars with the part number K201884. I installed these right before those were released but they are still proven to work just fine in our cars. The main difference is that the metal body is longer on the 8th gen, so when pressing these bushings in, there will be a ~1/4" gap on the bottom of the arm (The overall height and position of the inner rod will still be the same). Doesn't affect anything structurally. If your car is already modified with upgraded suspension components like mine, the difference in harshness is almost negligible from OEM. The only time it becomes noticeable is on certain sharper cracks in the road. Maybe on a stock vehicle those become more apparent, but it's more of an increase in road noise than any harshness or stiffness.

I ordered these for a vehicle I have overseas where this type of car part is hard to come by. I had been experiencing a distinct rattle from the front suspension for quite a while when I realized that this was the part that needed to be replaced. Installation was easy and fast, and the part fit perfectly. I'm happy to report that this took care of the suspension rattle problem, and I have much more confidence driving the vehicle now.

Just leaving a review to let you guys and gals know that this fits in 8th gen LCAs. Very popular "budget" upgrade over the OEM floppy rubber bushings, reduces wheel hop and improves handling.

I just received two bushings that I recently ordered. During inspection I notice on the underside, the rubber seal was coming off the metal. You can see it clearly on the photo. I found it on both of the bushings. The spherical bearing is stiff but can move on its axis. Will be getting replacements.

Ordered two first, neither fit, then ordered another pair Only the bushing with golden tubing and vintage look fit. gotta return the other three. Tired at this point just gonna buy from advanced auto for twice the price but gonna take the control arm with me and see if it fits on the spot. Also good luck installing strut spacers bigger than 1 inch especially with new struts.

I installed these bushings on a 2005 Honda CR-V. Perfect fit for the lower control arms. These Moog bushings are built like a tank and should outlast the car. I have seen reviews where others have complained about the steering feeling too stiff. I did noticed the steering did firm up, but it was just fine. These bushings did replace the 13 year old factory bushings so a firmer ride is to be expected. I have bought Moog suspension parts in the past for other vehicles and have always found them to be up for the job.

They address the weak/soft factory bushings well. People have mentioned the bushings are stiffer than stock; it’s 100%true. They are almost too stiff but it peice of mind to know they won’t wear out like the factory part.
