Mooncake Production steps
- Align the stamps and put them into the moulds.
- The stamps aim at the recess (as shown）, and turn the handle of the moulds clockwise
- Put the dough into the moulds,
- Laid flat the moulds containing the dough, press hard and push out.

- Replace stamp - Turn the handle of the die counter clockwise.

This set comes with 6 different stamps, each featuring unique flower patterns, which made decorating my mooncakes a breeze. The 50g size is perfect for making traditional mooncakes, and the hand press design ensures that you get a nice, even imprint every time. I also appreciate that they’re straightforward to clean, which is a big plus after baking. The white plastic is sturdy and feels like it will hold up well over time.One thing to note is that the stamps are quite intricate, so they might require a bit of practice to get the perfect impression, especially if you’re new to making mooncakes. But once you get the hang of it, the results are beautiful and worth the effort.

The 75gr mould is perfect - shapes are easy to interchange and it moves easily. The 125gr mould came with one shape locked into it, with no way to release it. So can't use the other shapes at all.I will update this review if seller replaces it.Amanda

Overall, pretty good mooncake molds. They're easy to use, and designs are easy to change. However, one of the designs came with a defect on them (which is fine because I still have 5 other designs).

The plastic is sturdy, and is stronger than I had anticipated. We had no issues during our first attempt at mooncakes. The patterns come out well and are easy to change out. Looking forward to using them again.

The square press is super easy to cut, press and the design is very clear, The round press is more difficult to get the image to press into the dough.
