This has quickly become my favorite pan. I previously had a stoneware pan the same shape and size, but I tend to use high heat and the finish came off, causing things to stick and the handle was loosening and wiggled. This has a different type of coating, and is really slick. I have been using it on a regular basis for several months and have seen no wear and tear yet. The lid has a really thin lip, but it still seams well and is easier to clean. The handle feels sturdy.

Honestly, I'm super happy with this pot, really solid and cooks everything evenly. Nothing sticks - cleanup has been so easy, exactly what i need.Overall, great quality for the price. if you're on the fence, just get it you won't regret it.

This pan is large and deep. There is a slight gap that makes it super easy to drain liquid out while keeping the food in when the lid is on. I especially love using it to drain the grease when I cook ground beef. I never have issues with food sticking to the pan and it's very easy to clean.

This is one of the best pans i have ever used, its light weight, but very sturdy and well made, the lid has a gasket around the edge that seals it very well, It is non stick with heat dispersing grooves on the bottom that make it cook evenly. I want the entire set! you will too if you try them!

I've never heard of Moritz and Moritz, but they are a German company that manufactures cookware. This non-stick ceramic pan has all sorts of labeling on the box, instruction manual, and pan bottom with their German address, website, and phone number. However, in small print on one sticker is "Made in China" indicating the actual country of origin.The pan is nicely made. A magnet clings to the bottom so it should work fine with an induction cooktop. The pan and lid handle and the rim of the lid have a layer of silicone rubber which insulates your hand from heat and keeps the lid from clanging against the pan. The pan has pour spouts on both sides and a small vent hold in the lid. The pan itself is medium weight at 30 ounces (without lid).The brand-new pan worked nicely and sauteed bananas in brown sugar slid right off the non-stick coating. This is pretty typical for new ceramic cookware. Unfortunately, in my experience with five previous ceramic fry pans, the non-stick coating wears off and, depending on how much you use them, food can start sticking as soon as a month after purchase. Ceramic cookware uses a coating made of silicon dioxide which sacrifices itself to produce the non-stick effect. When the coating has been consumed with use, the pan is no longer non-stick.This pan is attractive and well made, but you should not expect the non-stick coating to last very long. If you want a frying pan with a non-stick coating that is durable, get a nicely seasoned cast iron pan.

Appears to be pretty good quality frying pan, sturdy and solid, slightly heavy compared to common aluminum frying pans. The added lid is great, and the frying pan is slightly deeper than usual, making it more versatile and can accommodate some soup / oil.

Ich finde die Pfanne super und habe sie im Dauereinsatz, die Anti-Haft-Beschichtung funktioniert auch wunderbar. Man benötigt nur ganz wenig bis gar kein Fett. Toll fand ich auch, dass noch ein passender Deckel dabei ist.
