I cheap replacement for the wife’s Nissan. Second time in 7 years I had to replace this part. Hopefully this one will last longer then the last brand I had

Item was broken before being packaged. There are two clips and a phlange at the bottom of the item. The phlange is completely broken off, and not included in the package at all. One clip is bent completely backwards. I am returning it and reordering.
