Not gonna pay $40-$80 for a fan for Tivo Roamio (air)...this one fits, but you will need machine screws and nuts OR some wire tie ups. I used 1 long wire tie for all 4 holes, just looped it around and then twisted it. It stays put and not moving sounds. power cable is a lil tough to push on the pins, but they fit perfect! This fan can spin FAST and the Tivo will auto speed it. So at first boot up, the fan is FLYING! Once it's booted it simmers down, until you start using it. Then you will hear it all the time and light fan buzz. I prefer this one, because I think its cooling better! My Tivo responds better and quicker! It was pretty slow moving just as the old fan was about to get LOUD (bad bearings). So if you dont mind the fan noise this is a perfect fan for a Tivo Roamio (OTA).

Was expecting this to be an upgrade to the standard fans in my RC truck "powerful storms" but they dont push anymore air than the standard ones. Got backup spares now I guess...
