This wiper stick worked perfectly. Very easy to install (it helps to watch a youtube video). Its the first vehicle part I ever did for my mom's suv and me and her couldn't be happier that it worked. Anyone that owns a for explorer and has wiper control issue I highly recommend getting this part 10/10.

I have a 2013 Ford Edge.Wipers wouldn’t turn off even if the wipers were in the off position.The part worked perfectly. It only took about 15 mins to replace and that’s only because one of the screws sit deep in the steering column and I only had a manual wrench.The part fit and my wiper issues were fixed.

It's the first time in a very long time that a half-an-hour job was less than half-an-hour! The part arrived on time and as expected. Great!! And it was a true Motorcraft (Ford) part, so I expected it to fit perfectly and work correctly - and it did. Another win!The windshield wipers of my 2013 Ford Edge ran on the longest delay even when shut off. I found a couple of videos on YouTube that detailed the repair and even suggested which part to order, so I followed instructions. From the start (walking to the garage to get tools) to the finish (job done, tools put away) was 20 minutes. That time even include walking to the basement to find a putty knife to pop open the steering column shroud.Saved a bunch of money doing it myself and didn't break anything in the process! What's not to love?

Worked great in 2016 Ford Explorer Limited AWD.Easy installation. Would be better if it came with a pinch of di-electric grease for the connection/plug.

The videos on YouTube helped me figure out how to get to the wiper assembly. Once there, the replacement was easy and this unit worked perfectly

This was ordered to fix a wiper system that would not shutdown properly. It worked! A few screws to get at it. Plenty of easy to follow Youtube installation videos. It took approximately 15 mins in total to get to the switch, change it out and reinstall two access panels. Very pleased.

Esta palanca para el control de los limpiabrisas era para reponer una que falló en mi camioneta Explorer 2013. El respuesto es original Motorcraft (Ford). Lo instaló el técnico y funcionó perfectamente. La enviaron de USA y llegó en 4 días. En México en la agencia Ford era exageradamente caro y duraban semanas para entregarla. Fue una gran opción encontrarlo en Amazon, me ahorré mucho dinero y tiempo.

Ford wanted over $100+ to replace this part in my 2013 Explorer. I’m glad I looked on Amazon.Not only was it cheap but it was super easy to install. The part is OEM so it’s a perfect fit and it works exactly as it should.
