If it’s OK and looks OK, however on the right side, one of the bushings, the tolerances are very, very short, kind of difficult to get the bushing back in place. All the bushings are aluminum where the originals were steel. I feel that it sits too far in so if you were to go down, you’re gonna damage Your bars good for the price

The product here is of good manufacturing quality. I am having difficulty reinstalling the new spacer between the guard and the frame of the motorcycle. The space is very tight. Do you have any advice on how to install that spacer?

Seems really solid, and install was really easy. There's no instructions but it's pretty easy to figure out. That said, if it helps anyone else:Clutch/Shifter Side:-The piece with the longer horizontal bar goes on the clutch/shift side.-Remove the shifter arm, and take out the two black bolts in the top center of the kickstand bracket.-Put a jack under the exhaust with barely any pressure to hold the engine in place.-Remove the plastic hole cover and engine bolt from the frame on the clutch side and the spacer between the frame and the engine. (Be sure not to loose the nut from the end of the bolt when removing)-Install the double threaded bushing at the end of the long horizontal bar on the guards using one of the included lock nuts to tighten it in place. (You won't be able to tighten this later, so be sure it's tight during install.)-Now feed the long horizontal bar in behind the engine being careful not to catch and wires or hoses.-Install the two larger bolts included, using medium thread locker, through the guard into the two holes of the kickstand bracket that you removed previously. (Be sure washers are between the bolt and guard bracket.) Do not tighten all the way yet!-The bracket for the engine bolt on the guard should be touching the inside of the frame-Place the smaller engine spacer in between the bracket and engine and re-install the engine bolt. (You may need to lightly tap the spacer to get to fit in and tap it around to align the bolt hole)-Be sure the engine bolt and two bolts into the kickstand plate are fully tightened.Brake Side:-Remove the larger silver bolt directly above the foot brake. (It will be the lowest bolt on the side by the foot brake.)-Remove the plastic hole cover and engine bolt on the brake side including the spacer between the frame and engine. (Be sure not to loose the nut from the end of the bolt when removing)-Put the brake side guard in place. The bracket for the engine bolt should be on the inside touching the frame, between the frame and engine.-The higher bracket will align with the other side of the double threaded bushing that will be exposed now on the brake side, behind the engine.-The lower bracket hole will line up with the bolt hole from above the brake pedal you removed previously.-Place the very small included space between the bracket and bolt hole above the foot break. Install the included bolt with the rounded head and washer into the hole. Do not tighten all the way yet!-Place an included lock nut on threads from the double threaded bushing that should now be sticking through the brake side bracket behind the engine.-Place the larger engine spacer in between the bracket and engine and re-install the engine bolt. (You may need to lightly tap the spacer to get to fit in and tap it around to align the bolt hole)-Fully tighten engine bolt, locknut on bushing behind the engine, and the bolt above the brake pedal.-Remove the jack under the exhaust once all bolts are tightened.Frame Sliders:- Unscrew the outside end caps of one of the sliders to expose the hollow inside.-Use one of the two remaining screws and washers to feed inside the frame slider through the hole on the back-Feed the bolt sticking out of the back through the hole on the side of the crash guard on the flat spot on the side of the guard.-Use an included lock nut on the inside of the guard to secure it in place.-You'll need a socket/wrench and allen wrench to hold one side while you tighten the other.-Repeat the above for the other frame slider-Reinstall plastic end caps on each frame slider and you're done!
