Lack of instructions can be a tad frustrating. Quality is good, hardware is not amazing. The guy who said he had to modify this to fit must have been confused and incompetent. Fits without any issue.

Someone posted the install directions above (much thanks) as just looking at the parts out of the box does not offer an intuitive non-instruction installation. All parts were well-packed and had no flaws. I downloaded the authentic BMW installation instructions and this model is identical in installation requirements/steps. All hardware fit perfectly...had zero issues and as long as you have an assortment of metric allen wrenches, you should be in good shape. Took about 45 minutes to complete, and looks fantastic (I have the Triple Black 2024 and ordered the black version...fantastic look). Went out for a ride today, and could not be happier.

THE WORST HARDWARE EVER...shoddy molding..had to modify ALL the mounting points. You get what you pay for so if you're into reworking something you bought, knock yourself out.. TOTAL POS!!!....not painted, fits terribly and I'd give this MINUS 5 STARS if allowed.

This Lower Bellypan Fairing gray color doesn't match the original BMW fairing gray color, look at the picture attached. Mine is 2021 F900XR.However it does fit perfectly, I could able to install it by watching the youtube video. This doesn't come with any instructions. I am returning it because of the color mismatch.

I was hesitating to get this because I thought it wasn’t going to be a perfect match to the colors on my bike turned out to be almost exactly the same , perfect design, the screws are exactly what it needs they said it was going to fit on my F900XR and it does, I’m happy with the look.

Depending on the color, BMW charges $450-$620 for the OEM Engine Spoiler. This JUNJUMOTO SPOILER is a steal at the current list price of $60. This is not 'just' similar to the OEM item, it seems to be an exact reproduction. It does not come with instructions. Since it is identical to the OEM spoiler, the OEM instructions are critical to installation. I have attached the four important pages here. The installed engine spoiler bracket provides a rock solid rigid base for the spoiler. No surprise that the installed spoiler is 100% stable as well. You will need a $5 Torx (Size T50) socket/rachet to remove one bolt from bike. This is not optional, as the threadlocked screw will not loosen otherwise.I purchased the gray spoiler for my Black Storm Metallic BMW F900R. The color is an exact match, however, the surface is less smooth than the similarly painted upper body OEM part. This may be intentional for a body panel close to the ground, but regardless, the less smooth surface is not noticeable visually. The JUNJUMOTO SPOILER is a solid OEM replacement, at a fraction of the cost.

The spoiler itself looks good once installed. I got the black one, which is a matte color that matches the color of the engine and surrounding components pretty nicely. I've had it on for about 200 miles so far, and it seems to be fairly durable and exceeds the quality expectations I had for this price point.Installation is a bit trickier. First, there are no installation instructions, so you have to figure it out for yourself. Go to BMW Motorrad website and download the BMW installation instructions for the OEM engine spoiler (which cannot be $350-worth of better quality than this one). Having the BMW installation instructions is important, because you will need to torque bolts onto the subframe, and those bolts need to be torqued to spec. Also, this spoiler is reasonably close to the OEM spoiler, so you can almost use those instructions as step-by-step instructions for this spoiler.Second, some of the included hardware is inadequate for the intended purpose. Specifically, the included M6x1.0 bolts are like 12mm, which is too short for the U-nuts used to hold the engine spoiler to the subframe. You will need to buy M6x1.0-20mm bolts to hold this engine spoiler to the subframe. That only costs like $5, but its a little annoying they can't include hardware of the right size. Also, the hardware is silver, which stands out from with the matte black color of the spoiler. I painted my hardware matte black, which I think looks much better.Overall, I'd say above-average product. Worth the low cost. Don't regret purchasing this one over the OEM engine spoiler.
