The signal drops out at 10 15 feet its advertised at 350 feet not true . I could go on but I already wasted enough time dealing with the return.

I purchased this system because the descriptions led me to believe it could receive signals from two different microphones, each on its own frequency, at the same time. However, no user manual was included in the packaging. I was able to download an manual, but it was badly written, and did not describe channel/receiver selection very well. It did not specifically describe how to simultaneously activate the “A” and “B” receivers. Activating one receiver appears to turn the other receiver off. Only two buttons provide adjustment control. I suspect there is a specific sequence of short and long presses to accomplish anything. Still working on that.I already owned a single channel transmitter/receiver system of the same brand and product line. So, here are my opinions: This will be a reliable product. However, I seriously doubt its 300’ broadcast range boast. Any distance around 100’ will be fine for most uses. It’s channel selection and limited control buttons suggest the use of archaic electronics design, like I remember being common in products of the 1990’s. Once correctly set, the system will reliably operate. Should hissing or signal dropout occur it will be for one of the following reasons: 1) Low battery reserve. The batteries are AA 1.5 volt alkaline or 1.2 volt rechargeable. The moment either battery fails to consistently deliver 1 volt one can expect a distinct drop in operation reliability. Always start your session with fully charged batteries, and have replacement available. 2) Keep the transmission antenna and the receiving antenna in a line of sight. The density of a single human body could disrupt a transmitted signal IF the battery power is low. In a crowded venue a receiver positioned too low will be negatively affected by the combined mass of bodies. 3) Two receivers operating on the same battery power supply as one receiver will drain faster and likely not transmit as far. Test range limits. 4) It is possible to have a malfunction requiring repair. Should this happen immediately following delivery, get a replacement.

At around 8-10 feet away, it will start to hiss and drop the audio. :(I tried different frequencies and still the same. I don’t know which of the two has the problem, either TX or RX.
