Used this o-ring and a new double lipped seal to rebuild a leaking vac pump on my 12v cummins. Works great just be sure to slowly pre-strectch the o-ring, like you would a rubber band, and it fits perfectly.https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YGMRK33?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_2If the link works, I used this seal

Got these for hydraulic cylinder repair. Locally, they mostly sell 70 Durometer, which is not rated for as high of pressure as these, which are 90 Durometer. To get these locally, would require a special order, meaning they wouldn't get here any sooner, and the price would be 5X as high. I could tell right away, they are a higher/stronger grade of rubber than the 70 Duro O-rings I had been using previously. Down time costs money, and the hydraulic cylinders that were leaking took about an hour each to repair, on top of lost productivity. So far, I have not had a premature failure with these, but if I do, I intend to update my rating/review. Again, these are premium O-rings, rated for higher pressure than probably 90% of the kits you see on Amazon, and even auto parts stores, the kind you normally have to special order, or go to a hydraulic specialty shop to get. They are probably overkill for most users, but in my case I needed something rated for higher pressure than I was getting before.

Advantage of Viton, even if not using Nitrox, is long shelf life in inventory. i keep a spare spool with o rings as part of vacation dive kit. Quick fix if you start seeing bubbles from hose/SPG connection.

Purchased these for a work project that required viton o-rings. As there was no manufacturer's cert I had to send one of these to the lab for testing and they are NOT viton. I purchased some in packs of 5 that were confirmed viton but the packs of 25 were not. Just an FYI before buying that if you specifically need viton due to the fluids involved you may should look elsewhere.

Received item very quickly and exactly the size and condition shown. Have not used it yet but if it doesn’t work its because my measurements were wrong.
