My husband got me this cup and warmer last Christmas, I waited awhile to write a review only because you honestly can't know these type of products quality until time has passed. This is the only mug and warmer that has lasted this long! I'm not joking when I say this warmer and mug is all around perfect! The size is just right, not overwhelming in size.. nor under for that matter! It's highly functional and I bring it everywhere, especially when I'm traveling!I saved the most important "quality check category" for last: durability is amazing. This is the reason I waited 3 going on 4 months before reviewing this, all my other ones like this (BY MULTIPLE BIG NAME BRANDS) have completely broken within a few months time... Weather it be the burner or the cup, this on the other hand is perfect!!! The metal cup with the cover is so smart, the cup will never burn at the bottom, the heater is made in a way that took thought, even with me spilling and being clumsy, IT NEVER STOPED WORKING, AND the design of the heater made it to where it's easy to clean off spilled messes without it affecting the bones of the product. All in all this product is AMAZING!

It gets to hot. It burn my mouth . So I tested it. I put warm water 90 f in the cup and set it to 100 f for 1 hour. After 20 min it was 140 f to hot to drink.

This is the perfect tea/coffee mug heater, as the rest in the market only keep the drink lukewarm. If you are like me, you like hot coffee or tea, and hot does not mean 135F lukewarm. It means 170-180 hot. This is the only one on the market that keeps the drink hot. It also comes with a cup with a metal base so that the heat transfer is good.

The cup and warmer work as described. Great quality. The only bad thing is the lid, it should have a little vent hole to release more coffee than it does at one time. It would be alright if you like baby sips.

I ordered two kinds of this product. While this one looks pretty, It’s smaller and light weight. I haven’t tried it and don’t know if it works OK.
