Good surface area and stiff spine, this works great for smash burgers on the cast iron. Easy to clean and a solid cut edge.

Heavy/sturdy enough to scrape a well-seared burger off of a skillet, without leaving any seared beef stuck to the iron, big enough to do it in one pass. The straight edges make it less convenient for pans with rounded edges, but it's not a big inconvenience
