This cervical pillow is not the most comfortable thing, but it relaxes some of the tension in my neck. It has bumps in it that keep the neck straight and provide pressure. It is made of firm foam. It may be susceptible to abrasions, but it is durable for the most part. It is stable, but might move around a bit on soft surfaces.I like to use it on the floor for about 10 minutes. I bend my legs and keep my arms and back flat. That seems to work best for me, and the directions recommend a similar position. It takes a little getting used to, but I find it relieves some tension for me. The price seems fair. This type of thing isn't for everyone, but I like the way it feels. Recommended.

Material is firm and has no defects. doesnt peel or crack. I've tried using this on a soft mat on the floor and a couch with no noticed benefit. IF you have the same result, try elevating it with a hardcover book to whatever height feels best

The pillow is lightweight, somewhat flexible, and very sturdy. The material is like a hard foam but it doesn't feel uncomfortable to use. It also doesn't have any strong odors and works as expected.

The first 2 times I used it, I was left sore and wondering if it was helping at all. Now that I use it a couple times a week it seems to help set my neck back in place and I feel pretty good.

I have neck issues and a nurse friend told me about this. It didn't have instructions but she said start out slow. Lay down put neck on it and relax it back 3-5 minutes the first few times then increase time. Can use several time's a day.
