This was a highly anticipated purchase because it would be perfect for my needs. Well, for 2 months all was well but now the clasp on the small one has broken - that is the piece I use most.Product looks great and functions well - until it breaks. Clearly not a well manufactured item. I am past the return window so this will in up in the trash. A waste of money.Update: the seller contacted me and is issuing a full refund. A very honorable response.

These are nifty little clips to shorten a necklace. I will say they are a lot smaller than I thought they would be and a little difficult to use. But they do work and they're cute.

I have a ton of necklaces that are just a bit too long and tried a few necklace shorteners that didn’t work. This works perfectly for the necklaces with a thinner chain, so you can easily clamp the necklace in place. It’s just what I was looking for and they’re also very pretty!

The price of this product almost made me not buy it! It was worth every penny, works as it says to shorten any necklace. Very good quality also. Very pleased! I don't write reviews but decided this one was worth writing.

I have a solitaire diamond necklace where the chain is attached to the diamond, but the chain was too long. I took it to the jewelers where I bought it and was told the chain could not be changed or shortened. I took a chance and ordered the infinity clip, and it works beautifully. I’m overjoyed! And, I can vary the length to whatever I want it to be. The clip is beautiful and stunning, as well!

These clasps are okay. A little painful in getting them on, but they work. They shorten necklaces effectively. The cushion that holds the chains in place tend to pop-out so you have to be careful, they are not secured properly. Fortunately, I was able to find it and insert it back in. For the price they charge, you would think the key piece would be securely fastened in place. If a better option was available, would have definitely picked it.
