We installed a couple of new bathroom faucets that just did not deliver water pressure to equal our old(er) faucets... Why? Because companies are now installing the lower flow aerators (1.5 gal/min and lower if you're in certain states...). The higher 2.2 gal/min flow rate of this aerator is a most definite improvement. A very inexpensive way to improve the flow of water from your faucets!

I tried various hardware store/building center useless government low flow aerators, the water comes out with no aeration and splashes all over the counter, making it difficult to rinse hands or dishes. The top washer seemed a little thick for my application so I just reused the old one.

Bought to replace a Delta sink aerator that I had trouble finding a working part for at the big orange and blue box store. This part worked instantly and was a perfect replacement.

I have a amer std bath faucet. It’s annoying cause they have different threads and options regarding gpm. This just didn’t work for me. Found another on this site for $15 and ordered. Will update as we go forward. All manufacturers have their own twist to it. Such a pain. Start with the faucet manufacturer first and go from there. It maybe be a thread issue too. It’s difficult to see upside down. lol.

AERATORS DO QUIT WORKING...EVEN AFTER DE-LIMING, ETC. I NEEDED NEW AERATORS, BUT ALL I COULD FIND WERE CHEAP, DYSFUNCTIONAL AND BAD FITTING ONES. THIS AERATOR ALLOWS YOU TO USE MORE WATER, BUT YOU WIND UP USING LESS...BECAUSE WATER FLOWS BEAUTIFULLY! FIT WAS PERFECT, AND THE TIGHTENING GROOVES HELPED GREATLY TO INSURE A GREAT SEAL. SOMETHING THIS SMALL CAN IMPACT YOUR LIFE...IT DID MINE!!!
