I have had 2 of the 3 bust open already and leak gel all over my daughters helmet. I expected them to hold up much better. In the Arizona heat I had no choice but to reorder so she had something to help get her through the summer softball tournaments.

It fits well in helmet but does not stay cold for long even switching out.

On those blazing hot summer days, catchers take a beating with all the gear. This cuts the misery A LOT. Buy more ice packs though, three doesn't get you far.

Do not order this. My daughter could not feel the cold on her neck because of the way it lays above. She also could not feel it through her hair. My husband tried it on with short hair and still could not feel it. The customer service was not good. 20% restocking fee and I have to pay to send back this unused product.

Great product - bought this for my grandson . He really appreciated it especially on long tournament weekends this summer.Only draw back - I wish they had put some Velcro on the pouch to keep the cool pak from slipping out - it has done that on occasion. I will probably add some myself before next summer season rolls back around.

My grandson is a catcher and this Cool pack really made a difference in the 94 degree temps this past weekend. I was concerned that he would feel different with it in his helmet. he said he liked it. So thanks for a great product!

Great product I love it on a hot day keeps me cool as I pitch I use this for my softball team so I won't get hit in the head
