I haven't used any of these to test them (Forgot why I bought them, actually!), but MOST of the chips had at least 2 bent pins, some severely. The packaging was just "throw them in bag and then TIGHTLY wrap them in cling film and tape." Had they simply been in some ASD foam then wrapped, the packing size wouldn't have been much larger, but would have gone a long way towards a higher rating.

THESE ARE NOT 7660S! They must be mislabeled 7660, because they oscillate LOUDLY at audible frequencies (seems like 10k, maybe lower). Completely useless for audio projects. Bummer.

Looks like ICL7660S but don't work as they must. They make terrible noise and supussed they are the boosted verssion that are clicking over audible frequencies. I tested 20 of them on two guitar pedals that already has ICL7660S that work properly. Very sad.
