Couldn't have gone any smoother! This is definitely a direct replacement, I couldn't believe how easy this was and the fact that it fixed my 4 wheel drive issue immediately. Like seriously it didn't take 15 minutes to swap these out and now my truck goes into 4 wheel immediately before putting this in it would struggle and take a solid minute of putting in reverse then drive a couple of times before it would actually engage but after installing this I literally push the 4 wheel drive button and bam it's locked in and I'm in 4 wheel! Definitely recommend this if you are having any issues with your 4 wheel not locking in quickly!
