In between the teeth there is still metal that I will have to take my Dremmel to. Cheap and fast delivery but you get what you pay for

Obviously when they manufactured this item they did not heat treat the cast as needed or this part would have lasted more than 3 rides

The casting was poor the gears wouldn't mesh together I returned it . Some of the teeth on the larger gear where not finished

What did I like or not like? I very much disliked the aspect that I bought a product advertised to replace a specific product and it can’t be used because it didn’t get milled correctly, obviously didn’t get inspected before shipping and by looking at all the dissatisfied people writing reviews, this isn’t a fluke. This is a scam DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!

I ordered this product because my sons ktm wouldn't kick over anymore. When I went to install the parts I noticed the quarter moon shaped gear had a big piece of weld right between two of the teeth. This made that part unusable. I was able to get the bike running with the other pieces, but kinda disappointing.

The gear grooves weren’t even finished. The clutch adapter looked like it wasn’t bored out correctly and would damage the shaft.Edit. As suspected the quality let the how starter gear shred and sheer off.

I wish I could give e this item zero stars. The gears are cut wrong. When I installed, I kickstarted the bike and the kick starter would not return to neutral position. Do not make purchase. This is a cheap part made in China most likely.
