My kids play on basketball teams in the winter but since we live in the northeast, practicing outside is often very limited. I love the idea of a ball they can use inside. Is it completely silent? No. You’re going to hear any ball that bounces on your floors but it sounds nothing like a real basketball. It is small but good for practicing. Works better on some flooring than others and does not feel anything right a real basketball but bounces well for practice. I like that it has a solid core so it keeps its shape and size. Comes in a net bag, not a box.

I enjoy this quite a bit. There shouldn't be any confusion that it's a standard size basketball, since the pictures clearly show it's significantly smaller. It bounces quite well, even on carpet; can be thrown against the wall without making marks or noise; and feels good to the touch - just enough squeezability to get a grip on. Good toy to keep around the house for some quick fun. Dogs would chew it up in 2 seconds though. A kid would like it since it's designed to look like a real one.

This was too small despite being advertised as a standard size basketball. Very disappointed. .

This size 3 basketball is great for indoors. It is pretty quiet when bounced. More so on hardwood flooring than carpet. Go figure. This is my second ball from Nero Sport. The first one I got did not have the "City of New York" stamped on it. When comparing the two side by side, they are on par very similar except that the original one is slightly better quality wise. The ball measures about 7" in diameter. It will fit inside the hoop of one of those indoor over the door baskets (albeit you'll need to be more precise as the balls that typically come with the hoops are slightly smaller). I liked how you could use it right out of the box. No inflation needed. I'm sure my neighbors like this ball even more than I do.

I come across the most random things all the time. So much it's ridiculous and a lot ends up in the trash. Naturally, Amazon and myself are pretty close, I'm almost surprised Bezos doesn't have me on speed dial. Almost. So when I came across one of those basketball backboards that hang from the back of your door (since it was a nicer quality one, not cheaply made of plastic, that's exactly where i have it now) I called up Bezos and was like BRO, I need a mini basketball for my bedroom. My man didn't even hesitate, he was like I got you. I love this ball, it bounces great, it is literally the perfect size and it hasn't broken anything yet!! Bezos, you've done it again my friend. Thank you.

This foam youth basketball is great. My son loves to bounce it around the house, and I love that it is not noisy. It comes in a plastic mesh bag, not a box, and I can't tell if this is actually Nero brand, given that as far as I can tell Nero brands all of their products with their logo. I can't confirm that it ISN'T Nero brand either, so not docking a star for that, but it does make me question it. Regardless, the product is great.

My Grandson’s love to shoot hoops when they come yo visit. But both my wife and I really dislike the ‘bang, bang, bang’ sound of the ball bouncing on the ground. So when I saw this ‘Ninja Silent Basketball’, I figured it might just give us some peace and quiet.This ‘Ninja Silent Basketball’ is a poor excuse for a ‘basketball’. In my opinion, it’s just an oversized Nerf ball. It has no real bounce to it like a genuine basketball does…it’s substantially smaller than a real basketball….and it doesn’t shoot right according to my Grandson. It’s so lightweight, in fact, that a decent breeze will blow it off course on the way yo the net if you’re shooting.This ‘Ninja Silent Basketball’ may be good for som, but it definitely does not deserve to be labeled a ‘basketball’. It’s a fair grade foam ball…nothing more.
