It is for the BIG noga and is m10 thread not m8 like the others.

I mounted a 3D printed fixture onto it so I could use it with my drill press. It is awesome, and holds very well. The magnetic actuation is smooth, like all my other Noga bases. I have a knockoff base, and it's rough when actuating. Noga knows how to build them right. I suppose that's why they cost a bit more. A tool that satisfies is worth 100x more than a tool that disappoints. Noga always satisfies my needs. Good stuff.

Don’t see the need in a high dollar mag base they both do the same exact thing. NO performance difference

All mag bases have m8 connections. This one has M10, so it's basically useless until I figure out how to connect my m8 stuff to it.Read description again and no mention of this. Should come with a bushing.

This Mad-Base Magnet is strong and well made. NOGA seems to be this beat Mag-Base products I have ever used.
