Daily Maintenance And Warm Tips:

  1. Our carbon steel woks are pre-seasoned before leaving the factory, which can help you avoid complicated seasoning steps.
  2. Do not leave corrosive substances such as vegetable broth, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, etc. in the wok for a long time as they can damage the surface and cause corrosion.
  3. The first few times you start using your wok, wash it after cooking, dry it thoroughly and apply a thin layer of cooking oil. This simple step creates a protective film that prevents rust and maintains the wok's natural non-stick properties.
  4. Always hand wash the wok with warm water and a mild cleaning sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners, metal sponges or dishwashers as these can damage the surface and reduce the life of the wok.

Bought for my son as a Christmas present, and he's VERY happy with it. I liked this version because it had the flat bottom so that he could use it with any stove as he is living in an apartment with a smooth surface electric range.

This comes with really sturdy packaging. Very thoughtful. There is even a protective cover for the glass top. You do have to put it together, but it comes with the tools. The directions seem weird because it says to boil it because it doesn't seem like it's translated correctly. To clarify, I Googled it and what you have to do is wash it with soapy water, dry it and then season it with oil over medium heat for 10 minutes before the first use. Nice product!

The pan is big and strong but its black color is a paint that comes off in each food that is going to cook, really a shame

Heats fast and evenly on an electric stove. Easy to clean. i use my regular wok on a gas stove all the time, so skeptical about the flat bottom with my new electric stove but love it!

This was my first wok. It works well, remember to oil after each use. Not to heavy, decent non stick. The handle on the lid would never tighten. I didn't want to break the glass. Nice that it stands up.

I love stirfrying in my wok. This one replaces one I’ve used for years. I only wish this had a small handle opposite the long handle. The wok gets heavy and would be easier and safer to be able to lift from both sides.
