Brand new unit, install it, hook everything up and doesn't work. Contact Norcold and standard response...take to a service facility...ya right, we are living in the rv while house is being built, 2 months they might be able to check it. Terrible customer service, will never buy Norcold agian, total junk!!

We replaced our original Norcold with this one, but it stopped working 2 hours in. We now have the RecPro 12v DC and couldn’t be happier. More room, better value, and most importantly, it works.

No door covers arrived with the refrigerator and the digital power display does not function. Now I have to find an authorized dealer to help me with these issues and hope they are Concordes under warranty.

This is 2nd unit delivered damaged.I repaired it myself.Was not going to chance a 3rd delivery.

I like the room. The refrigerator seems to be working fine I'm three days into it. It's advertises a black refrigerator camping world even has the same model number they advertise black refrigerators. When I called camping. They said there's do not come with door panels either they said the door panels were an additional $171. 00 And I can't find them cheaper anywhere. Amazon seems to be sending the wrong door panels. And camping world only offers black no other colors. I can't get woodgrain again or cabinet door style doors so why not send the panel with the refrigerator?

Even though this item is described as being black (and the only item black is the door panels) they are not included with this price. This is a case of false advertising and should be called so…
