This bunk bed was very easy to assemble. The instructions were very clear. It seems to be a very strong metal that will last and hold a decent amount of weight. I am happy with my purchase.

We’ve had this bed 4 months now. It’s sturdy and works great. The only complaint is it squeaks a little bit when you bump/move it. But for the money it’s great for our 12 year old son and any friends he has over. It took me a little over an hour to assemble by myself. Stable. Easy assembly.

Bought this bed for my son. Wasn't sure what to expect. Actually a pretty solid frame after assembled. extra hardware included, went together smooth, and my son loves it.

Ease of Assembly: 5/10- I built the whole thing on my own, which wasn't much of a problem until I got to the desk part. You definitely need another persons help with that and doing it on my own undid years of therapy. Besides that, lots of tight angles to get screws in that are a little obnoxious. Overall, not awful but definitely not designed for one person to assemble.Product Quality: 9/10- Not the flimsy metal that I'm used to, does not flex when screwed together. The desk is a good material and not that fake wood that's almost cardboard. Also has the kind of coating that makes it easy to wipe clean, unlike Ikea-esque products.Finished Product: 7/10- For the quality of the materials I expected this to be a LOT sturdier. It's very wiggly, enough that my cat jumping on the bed makes it move (got a tall cat tree next to it. the jump is less that 6 inches.) I guess nothing beats real wood. However, the movement doesn't seem to make any of the joints flex so it's more annoying than a structural issue.- The ladder hurts to go up and down on, I'm definitely adding padding to it. The metal isn't very wide so it definitely digs into your feet.-The desk is thinner than I'd like it to be, a monitor directly in front of the keyboard will put your keyboard exactly at the edge of the desk.-This bed will not hold adult activities.Additional notes: I built this with inch long nails and did not lose any nails in the process. The area I built this in was about the same area as the bed itself, and it wasn't difficult to keep within that area. I'm almost 6' and obviously under the bed isn't designed for you to stand up under, but for tall folks I'd recommend putting your chair on the edge so you can scoot under. I'm half of the weight limit for the bed and I don't think being much heavier than that would provide a comfortable experience, based on the sturdiness of it.

Easy to assemble. White on white does not match well… metal frame is more cream coloured than white.

Hard to find a full/double loft bed but this one took me about 3 hours (alone) to put together. Definitely would’ve been easier with help, but it wasn’t actually too hard. Agree with others that it’s quite wobbly- but as a 175lb woman I was able to get on and off the top bunk and the wobbles don’t make it feel like it’s going to fall apart- it’ll last my child a long time and is a great space saver.

This bunk bed is worth every penny! We researched bunk beds for several days and read hundreds of reviews and finally settled on this one. We selected the twin / full model in blue. We were a bit apprehensive about the quality as the price was so low. It arrived in perfect shape in a very large and heavy box. There were a couple of bags filled with a variety of hardware and clips. Assembly was not impossible, but it did take about 2 hours. My husband assembled it himself. Directions were decent, but you really have to pay attention and make sure you don’t accidentally install pieces upside down as you’ll deeply regret that if you have to undo it…..Once assembled, we were totally impressed. It is a sturdy and quiet frame. It doesn’t squeak and doesn’t shake or feel like it’s going to fall apart when someone climbs up the ladder. It does sway slightly, but it’s definitely heavy duty. Also, love the fact that the weight limit on top is 250 pounds and the full bunk on the bottom has a 400 pound weight limit. So if you are in need of a spare bed for an adult(s) this is a great option. The frame is well constructed and the powder coating is very nice. The price is cheap, but this is NOT a cheap piece of junk. We have had this set for almost 4 months with active grandsons using it on a regular basis. We did end up placing a sheeting of press board under each mattress. We bought inexpensive mattresses on Amazon as well. The set is attractive and comfortable. A great addition to our guest room. Highly recommend!

My husband and I struggled to put this bed together, on account, there were a few parts that we had to take down and reverse. I think it took us about 4hrs to set up (I’m pregnant so we took multiple breaks) but it was worth it. Our 8yr old loves his new bed. It’s also pretty sturdy but it wobbles a little. My husband weights over 200lbs and had no issues laying on it. Great product.

I'm reviewing this because amongst items one must assemble, this bunk, by far, had the clearest, best written instructions. The header says have a helper...I'm a senior with some joint issues and I live along. I had the box delivered to a room inside (well worth the few extra dollars...I would not have been able to manage this on my own. I opened it and laid out all the pieces...lots of them. The next day I began assembly. Each piece is well marked; the 'parts' kit is also well marked so no confusion on which bolts etc to use where. Working alone I did the side assemblies. I had a visitor at an appropriate time...I needed another pair of hands to attach the main rails so it would stand up. She assisted with holding one side while I attached the rail to the other and did two lower bolts that would have been difficult for me to reach. After that, I was solo again. The manual suggests 1-1/2 hours to completion; I likely took more like 7 or 8 over the course of a couple of days. In the end I had one question and called the company. Super service with virtually no wait for a customer support agent. The bed supports me well and I am not a light-weight. If I had any complaint it was only that the Amazon offer did not show alternate colors. My bunk is gray; given the option I would have picked their blue model. Regardless, this is well made, very sturdy, and looks just fine. Every single fitting was in the right place and in the odd situation, one person can do the assembly job.
