Frustrated by the lack of non-pink women's jerseys, I decided to try this O'Neal youth jersey in XL - it fits over my chest/arm pads, and the fit is similar to a Fly women's S. Also has a tiny little bit of forearm/elbow foam padding - far too small to go without any pads beneath, but it's something.
