Mercury has discontinued Perfect Seal and replaced it with what you can buy a lot cheaper from somewhere else.Buyer beware. You’ll get no sympathy from this seller.

Because Mercury Marine has stopped making this product I specifically ordered it paying more that I normally would and when it arrived it was not Quicksilver perfect seal at all it is the aiviation sealant which works but it is nowhere near the same product as perfect seal I was extremely disappointed at having to pay a premium price for a product I could have gotten elsewhere and a far better cost

The picture and the product are not what gets delivered. The OEM Quicksilver Perfect Sealing Compound is apparently not being manufactured any longer. That's OK but, what was sent is a substitute (perhaps adequate) which should be adequately identified, pictured appropriately, and described appropriately by the seller !!!!! Jut tell the truth.
