I have Arthritis in my knees and this is not to hard on them. I do about 40 minutes while watching tv. It’s not sweat while your sitting exercise but keeps my legs in motion.

This is a great product . I love it and find it easy and fun to use. I love the fact it is handy . I use twice a day . 60 minutes at a time. Anyone with legs problems. Definitely helps.

LOVE THIS MACHINE!!!!Comes assembled, just plug in & start. Easier on my knees than the sitting recumbent bikes at the gym. Wish I had ordered sooner.. it takes literally ZERO EFFORT... found myself mindlessly using while watching TV. Exercising without even thinking about it, doesn't get better than that!!!!

This is really a great piece of equipment to use. I have an issue with walking and this is perfect I can do sitting on my couch or a chair in my dining room .

I like this elliptical for the most part. Two frustrating things…it slides on hardwood floors and the remote control doesn’t work well at all. If those two items were changed I’d give it 5 stars.
