I bought these thinking they were going to be too small but they are just right. I am building a router table to place these on. The rods are very smooth and do not bind. The bearing slides need a little adjusting but after you do that it's like sliding on ice.

Rail works very well. Blocks that ride the rails are adjustable to take up any extra slop in the bearings.

Didn't require cutting. it just fit in the Snapmaker 2 350 enclosure. The cnc setup needed support for CNC operations. The rails are over kill but only needed some spacers to support the platform and prevent it from sagging under vertical loading. The 4 stars are because the holes are damaged perhaps from a botched drilling operation. For this application it doesn't matter.

One of the two rails had a very little bow to it about 1mm over the 800mm length, which a managed to make it work.

Rails worked perfectly for my application, which was a bit non traditional. I used them to create a three point stress testing rig to measure the Young’s modulus gif various materials. The rollers were smooth with little play and should work for all but the most stringent applications.

Awesome product except I did not know the rail is steel not stainless. Now it won't work in a salt water application. Its not the manufacturer's falt but I expected it to be salt water proof. It will rust. But if it is used as a product that it was intended for then it is a good product. Im still gonna give it my best try on the ocean as a seat slide.

Got it installed for a drawer for welder under work bench and works great, heavy duty
