These are some nice, small, die cast fighter planes for kids. There's 5 American planes and one Soviet - the La-168 (mislabeled as an F-168 in the description). They're all small about 2 inches, about the size of Hot Wheels or Matchbox cars. You get an F-4 Phantom, an F-14 Tomcat, an F-15 Eagle, an F-16 Falcon, F-18 Hornet, F-117 Nighthawk and the prototype F-23 along with the Soviet La-168 with US markings for some odd reason. They're cool and colorful and I would have loved to get them as a kid.

If your kiddo loves trains, planes, any type of vehicle…this is very cool. My husband has a lot of old die-cast planes that our son loves to play with but they are definitely not something we want destroyed. Our kids play HARD with toys and even the metal die-cast ones get beat up. These are just like the ones he had as a kid. It’s a nice set of multiple planes, and they’re solid. We like how they feel old school, but also like that he likes playing with them! Great little gift!

This was a gift for my son, he's recently gotten very interested in planes and he also loves his matchbox & hot wheels cars, he kept looking for planes that were like his cars, I stumbled upon these & he absolutely loves them! They are good quality and my 3 year old approves of them! They will definitely hold up.

While the planes themselves are nice, the box has been clearly opened. The seal is broken, and the box is crushed in at both ends. This is a gift and I only have 2 days to get something else before the birthday. Very disappointed.

Note first off that these are toys - they're not accurate models or such. There's an F-18, F-16, F-14, YF-23 (not an F-22 for some reason), F-4, F-117, F-15, and what's marked as an F-14 but I think is more a British Tornado - I included a picture and it definitely has only one tail piece and no swing-wing.Speaking of which, the F-14 wings do actually swing out, so that's a plus. The main plane bodies are made of metal (lightweight, so I'm guessing aluminum or alloy) and some of the details such as missiles, swing-wing (F-14), or odd tail (F-117) are plastic, so they may break faster. My nephews haven't had at them yet so I can't speak to how well they last, but they seem durable. They are the kind of pull-back-and-release cars where they'll roll forward - a neat touch. They also come in a nice box that opens to show them off - great for a kid.

My little guy loves his jets and started a collection of them from going to our local air shows. They are quite expensive at the air shows, so seeing this set for a fraction of the cost made this a no-brainer. While these are smaller than the Blue Angel and Thunderbird be already had, they are a nice size for the price. The quality is also very good and made to withstand play. The packaging leaves much to be desired and is quite generic-looking. If you’re planning on gifting these, you might want to take them out of the packaging and find a creative way to present them. My box was smooshed too, but thankfully these are just going to my son.

My 8 yo son went nuts for these, he said, "Dad, I have to admit these planes are really cool!"The colors are all bright and the size is just right, not too big nor too small. He loves Hot Wheels but didn't have any planes yet. These have wheels on the bottom and also you can pull them backwards on the floor and they will shoot forward, which was a nice bonus.Metal alloy on the outside seems pretty durable over the plastic base. They have a good weight to them as well.Great gift for a young boy or any plane enthusiast. I can't speak to the accuracy of the paint schemes or the names on the planes.
