My E bike came with a quick release for a wheel And I didn’t want some thief to steal it, so with this you have to have a special tool to get the front wheel off very satisfied, good quality

The skewers appear 100% new, the tool looks scuffed up (see pictures) - maybe someone bought it just to use the tool, then returned it.Either way the "teeth" on the tool seems fairly fine (scuffed but edges not deformed), and bike skewers appears totally new so I am ok.Will update if product defective in some way.
