I bought this so my grandmother can get in the pool with us and this worked out perfect kinda flimsy hand rails but over all was in most of summer and seems to hold up

I have to say these were easy to assemble but the railings don't seem very sturdy. I put them together exactly as instructed so I don't believe I did anything wrong. But they are quite wobbly! I like the way the stairs fit in the pool, but if you need stability in the railings, I would suggest you keep looking. Price point was my deciding factor and I will use these until they break.

The product is good but arrived with no assembly instructions. Took a while to get them.

My husband and I are both a bit handicapped and thought we’d just have to have the pool taken out until I saw these steps vs the ladder. Now we can both get in and out of our pool and enjoy it again. Worth every penny!

If you need steps for stability or easy access for egress and ingress, do not purchase this item. The risers on the steps are enormous. Almost a foot high.I bought a pool for PT and cannot use these steps. Aside from the height of the risers, the hand rails are very wobbly and if I were to put the pressure on them, necessary to stabilize getting into the pool, or to help me to pull myself up out of the pool, I am positive they would snap off.I contacted Amazon... Nice reps.. but no satisfaction. I contacted the vender... They never responded. Not sure what to recommend because there doesn't seem to be a lot of selection for above ground pools, but this is useless. I'm very sorry I gave the ladder that came with the pool away. I couldn't have used it, either, but I wouldn't have thrown away the money for these steps, and the weights to hang from them. No one tells you about that .. or the pad to go under the steps, so they don't cut your liner .. they don't tell you about that either. Not to mention, I paid someone to put them together and place them in the pool and screw them to the deck.

Very heavy duty. Holds a lot of weight. Easy to fill and install

I am a little disappointed that it needs sand to weigh down and can imagine the stairs will be too heavy to take out of pool. It should include some weights that you can take off and on especially for the price. I also feel the rails do not feel sturdy. Maybe if the rails were heavier maybe the stairs wont need any sand.

Stairs were easy to assemble but if u add sand to weight it down as directed it gets too heavy to lift over the side of & into the pool. Also very hard to pour sand into small hole provided. The railings are easy to put on but are very wobbly & don’t offer much support. I do like that the steps are wide & deep. Plastic is heavy duty.
