The box it came in was so damaged the UPS guy had to use a roll of tape just to get it to me and had me open it to see if everything was there, it was. Parts themselves worked great.

Central bac system came without vaccum port supposed to have 3 of them in the package with ins out that vaccum will not turn on would appreciate if u guys can get them to me asap

A couple of items to review. Listing details state 50 feet of pipe with 10 pieces of 5 foot long pipe. Received 12 pieces of 4 foot long pipe (Not 10 pieces of 5' long pipe) so piping is 2 feet short at 48 feet and should you need to run all of the pipe, you will most likely need to order more couplings. Also, if you have a 5 foot drop, one piece of the pipe is not long enough. There is also 48 feet of low voltage cable, not 50 feet of cable per the listing details. Listing also states 10 large 90 degree elbows. Actually received 8 (not 10) plus three short 90 degree elbows that is not in the listing. Smaller items Items were just thrown loosely in a large box, no packing material, packing slip or other info. Also, if installing a central vacuum, I would assume a flex conenctor to connect to the vacuum is present (I missed this). I am not impressed nor would I purchase this vacuum piping kit again. Should I have multiple 5 foot drops, this will be returned. Not very pleased with this purchase.

So spoiled when you have a whole house vacuum. I use my vacuum on the LVP, tile, upholstery and carpet. Even with a small home I am happy to have this. OVO was very helpful with answering questions too.
