Discrimination says paper fasteners. I'm not sure how that would work as the back does not have a fastener. They look like button caps without the pin backing. The backing is not flat so I cannot glue them either. Not worth returning. The pictures are cute, I just don't know how to use them and I don't want to buy backs for them.

What I got was a huge disappointment. These are very much Christmas themed vs vintage images. The metal frames extend way beyond the tiny image. Two different prongs broke off testing them . I know, you get what you pay for.

These fasteners are very cute, but I wish they were sturdier. Do not use too much pressure when inserting or the fasteners will break off. I would order again though.
