Thick sturdy cord. Great color/pattern. Unspools evenly without knots.

This paracord has a fairly dense core and is of overall good quality for hanging ham radio antennas. I got the 1000' spool because it's less wasteful than shorter lengths. The camo pattern cord that has been in the weather for 3 months does not appear to have faded compared to some that was just taken off of the spool.Because of my method of cutting it, I have not inspected the individual strands of the core. I soak 1" to 1-1/2" of paracord with thin cyanoacrylate (CA) glue that I get at a hobby shop. This isn't the thicker "superglue;" it's thinner than water. After the glue hardens I cut though the glue with small sharp wire cutters. That eliminates all fraying and leaves the line much like the ends of shoe laces. The line will become very stiff when it's cured so there's no need to test with fingers; just cut it when it is no longer flexible.
