Seals it n soft very easy to tighten on hard lines in tight spots....but green fluid makes shifting hard.....need brass..... End up getting some finishing washers And had to cut them with the pair of scissors which didn't work the 1st 3 times.

I had a fuel leak on my car. I used one of these and snugged it up and fixed my fuel leak.

Life saver worked well . I ordered extra due to them being so small and easy to lose .Installed a wilwood master cylinder and all new brake lines & After multiple upset weekends of leaky brake lines. Re flaring and re bending new brake line. Turns out the female end in the proportion valve was slightly oval causing it not to seal . THESE WERE A LIFE SAVER ! First try put one in and BOOM sealed it right up .

Replaced all the brake lines with "finelines" stainless steel only to find several fittings leaked. These stopped the leaks, the brass makes a much better gasket type seal than the raw stainless.

After replacing all the brake lines on my 1990 jeep I had a few flare fitting that just would not seal.Even on the pre -flared lines for the clutch. These washers fixed all of them. You got to be sure you center the washer over the female part of the flare or it might restrict the flow and leak.Great product to have in your tool box.
