These work excellent for my refrigerator!Brings the door back up to proper height and it operates like brand new! It holds the door open in two positions. The material is a good firm nylon. Applied some lube been the parts to help extend the life and reduce the wear!It literally took 10 minutes to install!

After a quick Google search for compatibility with my Kenmore fridge and a YouTube video for replacement procedure I felt confident to replace the worn out component myself. Less than $10 parts and 15 minutes of labour the job was done.

These worked great for my ~1991 Whirlpool refrigerator doors, which had stopped closing well. It is a really simple fix - just remove some screws that hold the top of the door in, remove the door, replace these at the bottom, put everything together and you are good to go. The material seems a little softer than the original material so we will see how long these last.
