The booster assembly is generally used to be installed under or in front of the car dashboard. It is installed horizontally and gradually. It uses the vacuum of the engine's intake manifold vacuum pump as power, through the driver's foot control, so that the driver can use a lighter pedal force to obtain a higher brake hydraulic pressure, thereby reducing the driver's working intensity and improving the system. HOW TOINSTALL BRAKE BOOSTER

  1. Place brake booster in thesamelocation where old oneremoved from
  2. Reinstall the fasteners,tighten them dowm usinga ratchet and extension
  3. Reconnect the pushrod tothe brake pedal,put theclip back on
  4. Reconnect the boostervacuum hose
  5. Reinstall the mastercylinder

HOW TO REMOVE BRAKE BOOSTER

  1. Remove the master cylinderfrom the brake booster
  2. Disconnect the boostervacuum supply line
  3. Disconnect the boosterpushrod from the brake peda
  4. Remove the brakebooster fasteners
  5. Remove the brake boosterPull the booster awayfrom the firewall

Symptoms of a Failing Power Brake Booster:

When vacuum booster is damaged, it should be replaced as a whole.

Ensure the Vacuum Hose is properly connected and not loose
