How do I return? Is there a warranty? Dealership is saying it’s the wrong one & the car is overheating because it’s not communicating with the module

Dealer wanted $1000 to replace, paid $88 and a couple hours of my time. Been a little over a year and zero issues. One little heads up that has nothing to do with the product, this install was super difficult on my wife's QX60 because there is very little space to remove and install the radiator, made a 30 minute job a couple of hours.

My original cooling fan in Infiniti JX35 started to be noisy so I had to replace it. I decided to go with aftermarket since it was 1/4 of the price of the OEM. The fan was very well packed and it looks well made. I used original controller. All connections were matching good. Fan works fine and there is no more squeaky noises.

Fan fit great and seems to be of good quality but only time will tell. Pre-drilled holes for controller screws were smaller than original so I had to acquire two screws, and no foam where fan meet housing may have not needed it but since the original one had it, I purchased it for less than five dollars to make sure it didn’t rattle. Would purchase again but for starters because the pre-drilled holes were smaller than the original and I could not use the original hardware.

We purchased this for our 2014 Pathfinder the first fan had the wires from the harness pulled and wasn’t making contact. Contacted the merchant and sent us a replacement. Paid the mechanic a second time to put the new one in. Not even two months later and we’re paying the mechanic again to install a new fan because the replacement also crapped out. Our truck started to overheat when idling or in stop and go traffic in addition the ac wouldn’t cool unless the radiator was getting a strong gust of wind when driving down the highway.Save your money these things are garbage. You’ll spend more on parts and labor if you get this product, we learned our lesson. Just pay for the genuine manufacture part and save yourself the headache and money!

Best option for DIY.. saves a lot of $$$.If you having trouble for A/C auxiliary fan for 2017 nissan pathfinder..This is the best option and cheaper ..I replaced mine and i love the performance so far.. at least you understand the concept of DIY meaning just a little bit of work ..But first you have to consult to the experts or your self if you know how to check the issue of your car first before you buy ..for me i just replace the broken motor on old auxiliary fan set , re hole also to make it bigger the hole and reconnect and that’s it.. it takes 30 minutes or 40 it depends the tools you have prepared..that’s it and go back to road again…
