I'm a tournament racquetball player. I have multiple racquets in my rotation. I was looking for a black dampener to install on each of my racquets so that I can grab one at anytime and use it without any downtime.The Patikil product is solid.It looks like the old-school Ektelon product, with the only differences being that it's a little shinier and a little slicker. Non of these things matter to me nor my game-play which is a good thing.I specifically wanted the long dampeners like the Patikil product so that I can receive the dampening effects across the entire main strings of my racquet regardless of where the ball contacts my strings. The reason why is that racquetball is a very fast sport, and as hard as we all try to hit the ball on the sweet spot of the strings more often than not we're a little off. The tennis racquet "coin" dampeners don't feel good to me on a racquetball racquet because they only dampen about 3 of the center main strings. The Patikil style dampens nearly all of the main strings (i.e. the ones that go up and down).I wanted black because it goes with my color scheme.If what I mentioned is what you're looking for, this is a great product.To the manufacturer: you might consider updating the photos of the product. One of they shows the product being used incorrectly on the racquet. The other two photos show a "coin" dampener being used.
