Put on the perfect circle and make sure the round flap is centered on your thigh. When practice softball pitches, your arm should touch the flap. If your arm is too far away from the thigh it would cause many problems and reduce your pitching performance.

This works perfectly to teach those young pitchers their release point!The size is true to fit and the material is elastic so it stretches with the child. The Velcro also hold well when they are doing those long hard work out drills.
