Great bowl! Not only do I love the colors, craftsmanship, and general feel. It handles being on a stove over a Flame on my gas stove. I didn't push the limits on it. But, it handled the bowl of vegetables I was reheating up on the stove after steaming them and keeping them warm in it it performed very well. I had a cauliflower over a bed of baby carrots and brussel sprouts worked very well in that bowl! I love it!
