I can’t recommend the Piano Chord Compass enough! As someone who has struggled with learning piano chords, I believe this tool has been a lifesaver. It’s intuitive, easy to use, and brilliantly designed for beginners like me.What I love most is how it simplifies the process of understanding and playing chords. The layout is clear and eliminates the overwhelming guesswork that often comes with learning music theory. It has given me the confidence to experiment with chord progressions and even start composing my little pieces! Thanks to the Piano Chord Compass, I’ve made more progress in a few weeks than I ever thought possible. Whether you’re a total beginner or want a solid tool for chord reference, this is an invaluable resource. I highly recommend it to anyone learning piano or looking to improve their skills.A fantastic purchase—worth every penny! 🙌🎵

This is one of those items where the photo doesn’t quite help manage expectations. When you browse Amazon (and let’s be honest, you can find anything here—even things you didn’t know you needed) and search for a chord chart, this product is bound to catch your eye. (Because the image makes you imagine one of those little pianos that go “Pii…Pii…Pii…” when you press a chord!)Here’s the reality: what you’ll receive is two sliding cardboard pieces that, when aligned, show you the chord positions. But let me remind you—wasn’t that exactly what you were looking for? If you wanted a “chord position guide,” well, here it is!The issue is that, as I mentioned earlier, the photo gives you the impression it might be a little piano with sounds and maybe even lights. But no—it does exactly what it promises: it shows you the chord positions.Thank you for reading this far! 😊

The Piano Chord Compass is a surprisingly useful little tool for learning piano chords. It works by using a slider on the back that allows you to quickly line up the root note, and it shows you how to build major, minor, diminished, and even more complex chords like major 7ths. I found it simple to use, no need to memorise anything or constantly check my phone for chord shapes. It’s laid out in a clear and visual way that makes understanding chord structures straightforward, even for someone who's still getting to grips with theory. The size is just right too, about A5, so it’s small enough to be portable but large enough that everything is easy to read. I like how it can stand up on its own with the help of a pen in the corner hole, or it can just sit on the piano stand within easy reach. It feels sturdy enough, though I did notice the slider can be a little stiff at times. It’s not a dealbreaker, but I imagine if you’re constantly moving between chords, it might get annoying.I do think it’s a clever idea and certainly a good aid for beginners and intermediate players. It helps me quickly identify chords without needing to dig through theory books. That said, I wish it came with a protective case, as it only comes with a cardboard sleeve, and for the price, I was hoping for a bit more durability in that area. Still, it’s a handy tool to have if you’re learning piano and want something tactile and quick to reference. In terms of price, I think it’s a bit high, considering you can get chord information online. But I personally enjoy having a physical tool that doesn’t distract me with notifications!I’m happy with it, it’s simple, effective, and genuinely helpful for building up chord knowledge. How I rate the products:5 stars: As advertised, works as expected, nice packaging.4 stars: Not quite as expected, possibly misleading in description or issue with packaging.3 stars: Average product, works okay but nothing special.2 stars: A cheap or untrustworthy product, not expecting it to last long.1 star: Came broken or unusable.
