Nice necklace, very petite. It was the perfect size for my daughter. She loves it. My only complaint is that the picture was very blurry. In hindsight, I should have used a close-up profile picture rather than a full body shot. But when ordering, it didn't indicate that the image wouldn't be clear. Next time I would just order the necklace and order the pictures from another vendor.

I made a purchase during the holiday season for a locket with 2 photos. I originally paid $100 and received the item in an orderly fashion. The picture quality on both photos was so poor and blurry, I asked for a refund. Instead, they offered an exchange. Ship the old one back, purchase a bigger one for an extra $30. The idea was the bigger the locket, the better the photos would look, ideally. Unfortunately the photos looked poor again and I just wanted my $130 back. After waiting 10-12 business days and constantly messaging them, they finally issued a refund of $100. I wanted all my money but I was fed up and tired at that point. Great communication! Terrible picture quality.

It's smaller than I thought. Which is just fine. This a very light and dainty feeling. The pictures were well done. I couldn't be happier with this.

I am giving this to my sister for her 75th birthday. I cannot believe how beautiful the picture looks inside the locket. I’ll keep this place in mind

Great value for your money for sure! I got this one for my teen with pics of her late uncle and a message on the back. it’s soooo beautiful I’m pretty sure she’s gonna cry when she sees it! Can’t wait!

Very beautiful! Smaller than I expected, the 1" height measurement includes the bail of the locket.I read reviews saying it's hard to insert the photos - and yes it is always difficult to get photos the right size and shape to put them in a locket especially if you have to cut a curved shape. Bought this to keep my daughters picture in & I absolutely love it! I’ve showered with it several times and hasn’t turned my skin green or anything. It’s also pretty durable, my daughter has tugged on it when she sees it and so far it’s held up every time. Comfortable enough to sleep while wearing, light enough to not feel like it’s there. It’s a beautiful sentiment that I will cherish as long as I have it.
