I don't know if it's a local thing, but for this item I was asked to return it in a box (of course, I didn't have one anymore...) and I couldn't return it at my usual locationI ended up keeping another pump from this brand, but this one looked sturdy and nice. I think it's a good product

The pump I received is rather leaky and continues to become more so with each use. I plan on taking it apart to see if the seals can be greased enough for it to pump past 40 psi.

Pumped my 95lb tires just fine. I like planet bike products as they sell parts for this pump if you ever need to rebuild.

I was very excited for the pump but it does not pump due to multiple leaks. I thought something was wrong because my tire was not pumping up so I tried the other tire, then my other bike. But then I tried my high volume Walmart pump and it did the trick for all tires. I tested this pump again and could feel air coming out of the base instead of out of the hose connector. I took this apart hoping to indentify the leak at the base but it leaks out of the hose base, the screw in the base despite its O ring, and around the cylinder insertion to the base where there is a crack. I wanted this for my hybrid but unfortunately I did not test it until after the return window was closed. Wish I could return it but instead I am stuck with a defective pump.....would not recommend this pump to anybody

So many times I've been in the middle of a ride with my girl and found that I couldn't keep up. Either my bike is in the wrong gear or my tires got a flat. This pump solves the second problem. Great action to fill those tires straight up!

Recommended by a bike expert to me, I really like this pump! It has two valves (depending on project) to select from. One uses the pressure gauge. Excellent!
