If you've never used one of these splints, they are a pain to figure out how to get it on.First, bend the splint to match the curve of the top of your foot and ankle area, then open up all the straps as shown in the last picture of the online product page. The online product page image is better than the paper usage instructions. Fit the front of your foot into the front of the device with the splint on the top. Adjust straps around your leg, and foot area.Time will tell if this device will be comfortable enough night after night. Products' construction good with soft non-irritating materials.

The nice thing is that it came in a resealable bag for storage and with an instruction leaflet, which many such products omit.Unfortunately, this splint was quite a bit cumbersome to put on. The instructions were quite brief and images not so helpful. Perhaps this splint would work on a particular foot shape and foot size, but otherwise seems to be a bit limited with regards to a proper fit for most feet. It takes a while to put it on properly with all the straps and ultimately it is very difficult to get it to properly support your foot. In fact, the way it is designed I would say that it provides insufficient overall for the foot.

This night splint is a game-changer for anyone dealing with plantar fasciitis. I have been struggling with mild plantar fasciitis which gets aggravated easily when I am on my feet a lot. Excellent fit with adjustable straps that allow it to be custom fit for my feet. The adjustable strap allows me to put my foot in any position to allow for maximum stretch or very little stretch, depending on how bad or severe my plantar fasciitis. The material is strong but flexible and breathable. Compare to others I’ve seen this one is less bulky.

As a longtime user of plantar fasciitis braces, I have come across pretty much every style. I have to say that this one isn't bad and works pretty well. It doesn't crush your toes, like some do. It does a pretty good job at stretching your fascia. Like most braces, once you use it a couple of times, it's not difficult. I am pleased with this one.

However, its nearly impossible for me to get on by myself and to get it tight enough that it does any good. The top velcro strap isn't long enough for someone with a bigger calf.
