It says self adhesive but I can’t get peel off anything and don’t think it is actually self adhesive!

The design is beautiful, good quality and looks exactly like the pictures. Delivery was fast, too.However, the adhesive was inconsistent and didn’t stick on very well in many places. I ended up having to sew it down on the sewing machine, which is what I was avoiding. It worked for the project I needed it for and I wouldn’t discourage anyone from buying it. But, I wouldn’t repurchase myself.Also, heads up, the package came with no directions or instructions. I had to rely on my own knowledge of applying appliqués and what I could research online.
