This little tilt stand for the Amazon Echo Show 8 3rd Generation is a nice add on. It came in a box roughly 3" x 5". It tilts as described; attaches magnetically to the base of the Echo Show, and lifts it up off the surface (enough to hopefully avoid damage from spills etc near the device).While it is a handy little add-on, it is kinda overpriced for what it is (but hey, what isn't these days?!). I also looked at others that were $5-10 more than this that seemed to offer similar results so this one won out due to the most 'reasonable' price point for what I was needing this product for.I am pleased with this purchase. Shipping was prompt, as usual. Could have been packaged better as it arrived smooshed and half falling out of the box (that was inside a paper envelope for shipping-that clearly aggravated the people carrying it be ause they gave zero f's about not smashing/scrunching/folding the shipping envelope in transit).Overall, I would recommend this product if you're wanting to elevate your Echo Show 8 for added protection.

This very-affordable tilt stand for the smaller Echo Show 8 is simple but effective. It raises the device just enough so that it can be tilted in a direction making it easier to see whether you deal with glare from other light sources or even if you use bifocals. On my desk, it makes it easier to throw further into the corner and tilt it up so I can still see and read everything. When I pull it closer, I tilt it down instead.While this stand doesn't swivel in other directions (i.e. not 360° or side-to-side), it still saves space AND it really does stay put on my desk without easily being pushed off. Also, NO ASSEMBLY REQUIRED so no worries about breaking plastic pieces, etc. Why didn't Amazon include a stand like this with the Echo Show?! 😅

This is a nice unnecessary item. I ordered this item just to be special. It is not at all necessary, but it is aesthetically pleasing. It actually does help keep the Show 8 more stable and it elevates it off the surface. This would come in handy if you have the unit on the table or counter and you spill some type of liquid. I wanted the black base to match, but it was not available at the time. The magnetic connection that joins the base to the unit is strong and secure and tilts forward and backwards very well. Overall, this product works as advertised, but do you really need it???

The stand works great! Strong magnetic holds the Echo in place. I mainly purchased for two reasons, 1- to raise it off the corner top just in case something is spilled on the countertop it won’t ruin my Echo and 2- to give it a better viewing angle. The stand tilts to a perfect angle that you can view the screen with no issues from a downward direction if you’re standing right in front of it.
