Keeps things cold for longer than other ice packs I have used. They work great in the small cooler bag I have for beverages.I plan to use them to mail some food items to my children.Much less expensive than dry ice and they are re-usable.

If you workout or run and have to ice your knees, ankles etc like the pros do this makes a good product. The cold temperature lasts for hours
